Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR, a street-legal racing automobile, was introduced back in 2008 & taken to the Nürburgring in August of 2008. Back then the automobile hold a lap record time of 7:22.1, a record that stood through much of 2011. Now for the 2011, the SRT10 ACR gets performance updates & has the power of 600 horses. The new Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR 2011 (production version) was taken to Nürburgring again this September & set a new automobile lap record time of 7:12.13.

2010 marks the finish of an period. The current generation of the Dodge Viper is set to be retired, and it's going out with a bang. In order to maintain interest in the model as it is readied for retirement, Dodge Viper has unleashed detail on special, and exclusive, limited models of the automobile that feature some welcome mechanical upgrades, as well as plenty of flash. And naturally, the 8.4-liter V10 engine that has made the Viper so iconic.

The full production run of 2010 Dodge Viper SRT10 models will only consist of 500 vehicles, but those 500 have the potential to be wildly different from another. In fact, with all the cosmetic options (paint, interior trim, etc.), there's over 7,600 different variations of the 2010 Viper. of those paint options is exclusive to the ACR (American Club Racer) model, which is a tribute to the model's record-setting lap time at Laguna Seca and is decked out in a Black Clear Coat/Red Clear Coat design, which is the opposite of the original Viper ACR from years back. There's and a Voodoo edition of this model that has the Black Clear Coat that is highlighted by a silver graphite strip that is edged in red. There will only be ten models produced with this particular color process, and they're positive to be sought after because the combination is striking.
